High Efficiency boiling drying machine is used for particle size of 0.1-6 mm particle material boil dry, suitable for pharmaceutical, foodstuff, light industry, chemical industry, the working principle of the finished products, intermediates.
The air is heated and purified. The fan is introduced from the lower part and passes through the mesh plate of the hopper. In the workplace, Fluidization is formed by stirring and negative pressure. After the rapid evaporation of water with the exhaust away, the material quickly dry.
Features
The fluidized bed is round structure to avoid dead Angle. The hopper is set with stirring to avoid the agglomeration of wet materials and the formation of furrow flow when drying. It is convenient, quick and complete to use tipping, and can also design automatic feeding and discharging system as required. Close negative pressure operation, airflow through filtration.Easy to operate, easy to clean, is in line with the 'GMP' requirements of the ideal equipment.
The drying speed is fast and the temperature is even. The drying time of each batch is generally 20-60 minutes.
